Welcome to libburnia project

News

* Wed Jan 07 2009 A new version 0.6.0.pl01 of libburn /cdrskin is ready on releases page. It allows to format BD-R media, to write to formatted ones and to unformatted ones. Regrettably pl00 of Jan 04 2008 contained a bug with finalizing BD-R media.

* Tue Jan 06 2009 libisoburn is released as version 0.3.2. xorriso now is able to handle BD-R media. It can produce and execute commands for mounting older sessions from all kinds of media. Pseudo-drives outside the /dev/ tree can now be addressed without prefix "stdio:". A minor bug was fixed.

* Tue Dec 09 2008 Our project received a donation from Thomas Weber. It will be used to buy test hardware for libburn.

* Wed Nov 26 2008 Version 0.6.12 of libisofs can produce a ISOLINUX isohybrid MBR on the fly and allows to produce ISO images which resemble old mkisofs images. Visit releases page for more information.
